| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - 330.(1)Every person who makes or assists in making a statement in any return, certificate, financial statement or other document required by or for the purposes of this Act or the regulations made under this Act, knowing it to be untrue, is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable to a fine of not more than $1,000 or to imprisonment for a term of not more than three months, or to both.
