| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Overall, the reds, especially the more interesting ones based on indigenous varieties, seemed to be more of a work in progress than the whites ??? or perhaps I just mean that they were very ???local??? in style ??? lots of character, a bit up and down in quality, and often needing just a touch more refinement (in terms of refining the fruit rather than ironing out the character).
