| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - itunes is not selling just reproductions of the music. they are selling a working ecosystem, and customer service is a heavy part of that (ever walk into an apple store?). whether the costs of the customer service are incurred before or after the sale is irrelevant... they are still costs which directly scale based on the number of units pushed.
