| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Personally, I would favor law enforcement sponsorship, not only to put the policy in the hands of those who understand the problems, but because there would inevitably be situations where a guard would be forced to intervene in other situations, i.e. especially at the high school level, student fights or assaults on teachers.
