| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - The State Board of Education is authorized to prescribe such rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter, provided any rules or regulations to implement the provisions of sections 10-283, 10-287, 10-287a, 10-292d and subsection (d) of section 10-292m shall be prescribed in consultation with the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management.
