| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - (b) Each person who holds a commercial driver???s license who is convicted of violating any provision of the law of this state, any other state or any province of Canada relating to motor vehicle traffic control, other than a parking violation, shall notify his employer within thirty days after such person has been convicted of any such violation.
