| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Could be ... thats really what I am trying to determine if it could just be the tread pattern ..but there is definitely a binding feeling just as it creeps to the final stop when your going just about as slow as possible There is no binding at any other time and I can not see where anything is or could be rubbing other than inside the brakes.
