(1) No action or other proceeding for damages shall be instituted against a member of the board of directors, an officer or employee of the Corporation, an area director or a member of an area committee for any act or omission in the execution or intended execution of his or her duty under this Act or for any alleged neglect or default in the execution in good faith of that duty.
