| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - If that assistance of earmarked money is going to be given to the Health Service in 1979???80, I sincerely hope that that money will not be allocated on the RAWP principle because it is, I think, fairly obvious to most people that those services for which the money is going to be allocated are an equal problem in the so-called rich regions as they are in what some people call the deprived regions.
