| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - I am happily impressed when I receive an order that has been processed within a 24 ??? 48 hour time frame, and I often praise a company for that attention to customer service ??? but, I don???t think it???s bad customer service to have a package delayed for five days especially given the fact that it was leading up to a Chinese holiday.
