| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - Interest rate on the line is at 6% but since the market is down and my funds have not performed well we are thinking that we???d be better to cash in and pay of the debt even if we have to pay tax on it rather than loose any more to the down turn in the market. any thoughts?
