| http://www.w3.org/ns/prov#value | - T-the brett becomes stronger, the sugars have become slightly numbed, sweet blackberries are still nice and there is a pleasant moderate tartness. the flavor is slightly thin and has a bit of a leathery finish and a light dark malt presence. the flatness and bretty leather don???t compliment the sweet blackberries as well as they could and integration is slightly lacking.
